You'll be a confident people manager and communicator, comfortable working with clients, senior stakeholders and operational teams. Strong organisation, problem-solving and commercial awareness will be important, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities across a geographically diverse portfolio.
Experience working with remote teams, contract mobilisation or quality management systems would be advantageous.
